Jeffrey Spitzer is a highly accomplished Aeronautical Engineer with an impressive portfolio of designing and launching complex design and development projects. With specialization in aircraft system level design, he also possesses expertise in developing propulsion systems and composite and metallic structures. Innovating many notable products, Jeffrey is also highly skilled in maximizing return on human and financial capital. He is currently working as a consultant, designing engine driven generators for hybrid electric aircraft.

Jeffrey is highly proficient in advanced design tools such as FEA and CFD and has hands-on experience in 3D modeling, rapid prototyping technologies, and Design for Manufacture (DFM). He also has a machine shop and electronics lab in his garage where he builds most of the things he designs, including composite structures, engines, electro-mechanical systems, and instrumentation.

Jeffrey's experience in flight mechanics, piloting, and Human Machine Interface (HMI) is impressive, and he has developed and managed flight test programs. He is midway through his private pilot's training and has a sense of Aircraft enabled by Distributed Electric Propulsion (DEP), such as eVTOL, UAM, or AAM.

California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo alum, Jeffrey, has worked as the Director of Engineering at Ampaire. Furthermore, he has served as the Vice President Of Engineering at INOVA DRONE, INC, Chief Engineer at Karem Aircraft, Inc., General Atomics, and Cordray Research. Jeffrey also owned a company called Aeromaster Innovations Inc and earlier worked at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems and Leading Systems Inc., respectively.
