Ruby Bowen, MBA, SHRM-CP

Ruby Bowen, a US Army OEF/OIF combat veteran, has over 20 years of experience in effective team building, leadership, human capital management, and business operations. She has worked in various industries such as federal and local government, higher education, manufacturing, and family entertainment. She holds an MBA and a BBA Finance degree from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor.

Ruby Bowen specializes in employee relations, drug & alcohol program management, employee training, development, and full lifecycle recruitment. At Baylor University, she worked as a Human Resources Consultant, and at Hill Country Transit District, she served as the Director of Human Resources. As an Adjunct Professor at Texas A&M University–Central Texas, she participated in preparing future HR professionals for an ever-changing workforce. Moreover, she has also worked in various roles such as Human Resources Generalist at ANDERTON CASTINGS, HR Training and Development Coordinator at City of Killeen, Texas, and Event Sales Manager at Spare Time Texas.

Ruby Bowen is passionate about aviation and holds a private pilot license.
