Stevee Franks is a highly educated and experienced professional in the field of security studies and emergency management. She holds a Master's Degree in Security Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Political Economy at The University of Texas at Dallas, Franks has previously contributed her expertise to various organizations, including the City of McKinney, Hagerty Consulting, and Harris County, to name a few.

During her tenure as Assistant Emergency Management Coordinator, Managing Associate, Recovery Specialist, Homeland Security Planner, and CERT Coordinator, Franks has honed her skills and accumulated vast experience in disaster response and recovery, risk assessment, emergency management planning, and implementation. She has also worked as a Safety and Security Auditor and Contractor/Graduate Intern, developing and implementing school safety and security plans in various counties. Franks has also served as an InCoSit and LIFE Program Assistant at the Bill Blackwood Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas.
