Juha Oravainen

Juha Oravainen is an accomplished Head of R&D with over 25 years of experience in improving organizational efficiency and driving software development. He has a proven track record of end-to-end R&D experience in open and closed source software, coupled with a broad and deep knowledge of technology. Juha has headed all product development phases from specification to maintenance in telecommunication software development.

In addition to exceptional project and program management skills, he is extremely productive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Juha thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working in the face of ambiguity, while still maintaining a positive attitude. He can easily communicate at both a working level and executive level, thanks to his strong communication skills. Juha has extensive experience working with customers and competitors alike, and he is a pro at establishing, maintaining, and developing working relationships at all levels.

Juha's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Aalto University and a B.Sc in Automation Engineering from Helsinki Polytechnic.

Currently located in the United States, Juha plans to return to Finland later this year.
