Fred has worked in various organizations throughout his career, including Guardian Life, ADP, Lifion, by ADP, CA Technologies, Rally Software, Mercury Payment Systems, The Philadelphia Education Fund, and The University of the Arts. In his current role as Scrum Master at Guardian Life, he utilizes his expertise to help teams to grow, develop and continuously enhance their Agile methodologies to deliver exceptional products promptly. As a former Scrum Master at ADP and Lifion, by ADP, he played a vital role in maintaining a productive development environment aligning with Agile approaches.

In his previous role at Mercury Payment Systems, Fred worked as Configuration Manager, Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, IT Support Specialist, Systems Administrator Lead and Quality Assurance Engineer. His varied roles allowed him to gain extensive experience innovating original solutions that met specific market requirements. As a Windows-Based Technical Supervisor at University of the Arts, Fred honed his skills by providing technical support focalizing on audio-visual systems.
