Andrew Williams is a highly skilled and experienced team leader and artist with a passion for community engagement. He is a graduate of Goucher College and the University of East Anglia where he studied studio art, art history, criticism, and conservation. With over a decade of experience working in community experience and community support, Andrew has worked for some of the biggest names in the industry, such as Tumblr and Meetup, where he managed elite accounts and developed community experience teams. Additionally, he has extensive experience in manufacturing, materials management and production, having worked as a studio principal for WINTERCHECK FACTORY and as a materials manager for Julia Rogers Library. Currently, Andrew is a Senior Manager, Community Experience at Grailed, where he oversees team staffing and development, designs and implements community engagement and retention strategies and ensures overall customer satisfaction.
