In addition to that, I also lead ad-hoc cross-functional projects globally to execute and deliver the CEO's vision for the company.

Lead the Operations Finance team in supporting the Media Products Management team, covering a >USD$1 billion global business portfolio within Yahoo’s core media products including Yahoo! Homepage, Yahoo! Sports, Yahoo! Finance, Yahoo! News, Yahoo! Entertainment, Mobile Products and the Horizontal Products including Social Media and Partners Portal groups.

Hired and led a team of analysts to design and implement strategic business initiatives, planning and operational processes and communications across the Yahoo Media Group organization with staff over 300+ people. Also responsible for managing communications with senior executives at Yahoo (up to CEO and COO level) for the group, including alignment with key stakeholders and business leaders, contents and presentation materials.

Ops Finance business partner to Yahoo's Product Lead for Media and Consumer products, including the Front Page, News, Sports, Finance, Entertainment, Mobile and Local. In this role, I measure and track business performances in addition to developing business models that support the product owners and business leaders with strategic planning and product executions.

Manager, Ops Finance - Global Media Products

Responsible for designing, implementing and executing the revenue forecasting process for the Owned and Operated (O&O) search business, reporting to the Finance Head of Search Business in North America. Recognized as the Subject Matter Expert on the core Yahoo! Search sites and was responsible for preparing the 2010 and 2009 Business Plans.

Senior Analyst - Operations Finance

Managed forecast presentation and consolidation process for North America Online Advertising division, presenting executive level updates and analytical insights to corporate and regional leaders.

Senior Financial Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis

Supported the implementation of new search advertising platform (Panama) by providing financial analyses and key metrics updates to operating team consisting of product managers, engineers, and business managers. Dotted line report to the President’s Chief of Staff, supporting ad-hoc projects and providing business updates at the President’s Staff meetings.

Supported the development of publisher and advertiser networks by providing quantitative and trend analyses to sales and business development managers.
