Melissa Siegel
Melissa Siegel is a well-educated and experienced individual, who has worked in a variety of fields, including politics, community engagement, and social services. She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia, where she studied Political Science, Sociology, and French. She is currently the Donations Coordinator at Kentucky Refugee Ministries, where she works to help refugees and immigrants integrate into their new communities. In addition, she has served as an English Teaching Assistant at The Fulbright Program and a Shift Manager at Zoes Kitchen. Melissa has also worked as a Congressional Intern for Congressman John Lewis, a Political Science Research Assistant at the University of Georgia, and the Community Relations Chair and Team Leader for UGA HEROs, a student-led organization dedicated to improving the lives of families affected by HIV/AIDS. Her passion for social justice and community outreach has led her to work with organizations like the Georgia Justice Project, where she once interned.
