Erin Helgerson

Erin Helgerson is an innovative and strategic leader with a rich background spanning 15 years in brand management, business development, licensing, CPG marketing, product development, apparel design, and strategic partnerships. Her passion, determination, and intuitive nature drive her to excel in creatively directing brands and building revenue. Erin holds the position of a part-time professor in the Fashion Design department at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in Los Angeles.

With a robust skill set, Erin specializes in areas such as comprehensive marketing strategies, brand management, creative direction, strategic partnerships, business development, licensing, merchandising, product development, concept-to-creation product and fashion design, trend forecasting, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

Erin Helgerson pursued her academic journey by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature from the University of Colorado Boulder and an Associate of Arts in Advanced Study Fashion Design from FIDM.

Throughout her career, Erin has held key roles in prestigious organizations such as The Honest Company, where she served as the Director of Business Development and Marketing. She also has a vast experience as a former Sr. Brand Manager for Innovation and Design, Product Manager, and as a part of the creative team at Splendid, a contemporary lifestyle brand. Prior to these roles, she has also worked as a Designer and Merchandiser in various fashion companies, displaying her versatility and expertise in the industry.
