Fred Harris is a well-respected corporate lawyer based in Tallahassee, Florida. He attended Auburn University, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications. He then went to Stetson University College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. Harris also studied at the University of Florida where he completed his Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation.

Throughout his career, Harris has held various notable positions, including Vice President and Co-Founder of Truthseekers, Inc., President of Mind, Body & Spirit, Inc., and Board Chairman of Tallahassee Friends of the Library Endowment Trust.
