Steve spent several years working at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Senior and then Lead Analyst, where he provided strategic advice to clients in a variety of industries. He then transitioned to healthcare, serving as the Clinical Operations Manager at Regroup Therapy and Co-Founder of Varsa Health. Both companies focused on providing innovative solutions to help people overcome mental health challenges.

In addition to his work in healthcare, Steve has also co-founded Petrichor, a company that creates sustainable, eco-friendly building materials. He has also held a position as a Business Development Lead at Apervita, Inc., and worked as a Terminology Analyst Intern at Intelligent Medical Objects.

Steve's experience is not limited to his professional endeavors, as he has also taken on leadership roles in academia and organizations.
