Drew's excellent skills in fast-growing technology-enabled businesses prompted him to establish Absolute Value. As a managing director, he leads a team of experts leveraging his unique real-world experiences to recruit outstanding sales leaders for his clients.
Drew graduated from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and English. He went on to study at the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School, to broaden his knowledge of Biotech & Pharmaceutical Executives, Vision, Strategy, and Global Leadership. Drew was also a student at Greenwich High School.
Before founding Absolute Value, Drew worked with several renowned organizations. He acted as the President at Medefield NY, SVP, Business Development at BuzzBack Market Research, VP, and General Manager at Greenfield Online, and as the SVP, Interactive Services at Gartner, amongst others. Drew has a wealth of experience, and his real-world expertise has helped his clients save time while efficiently recruiting exceptional sales leaders.
