As Group President, Government Healthcare Solutions, Lauretta managed over 6,000 employees and was directly accountable for daily operations and financial management. During her tenure, Lauretta delivered exceptional results by enhancing innovation, implementing process improvement and automation tools that resulted in a 91% customer retention rate and a 33% increase in win rates.
