Feras Qumseya is an experienced Real Estate Development Executive with a proven track record in managing teams responsible for all aspects of large, mixed-use real estate developments, transit-oriented developments, public-private urban development, and affordable housing. He has extensive experience in real estate development, from concept, acquisition, underwriting, due diligence, planning, entitlement, and through vertical construction and close-out.

Feras has a Masters's Degree in Information Systems Technology, Construction Management Systems from the George Washington University School of Business, a Bachelor's Degree in Economics & Management, and International Relations from Beloit College. He also completed his International Baccalaureate at Li Po Chun United World College of Hong Kong.

Feras has held numerous positions in various organizations, including Vice President at Foulger-Pratt, Appointed Member of the Affordable Housing Preservation Task Force of Fairfax County Board of Supervisor at Fairfax County Government, Director at Foulger-Pratt, Executive Vice President of Development at The Menkiti Group, and Vice President of Development at A&R Development, among others.

Feras is the Co-Chair of the Urban Land Institute Housing Initiative Council and a Global Fellow to the FinTech4Good Advisory Council.
