Max Richards is a seasoned marketing and business development executive in the sports and entertainment industry, with a focus on revenue-generating initiatives across content development, partnerships, and media production. He has a wealth of experience in identifying and building relationships with creators, brands, artists, teams, and leagues to execute on content-based marketing strategies.

Richards is a lifelong hockey coach, player, and fan who has dedicated himself to creating more equitable access to sports in his community. He is also a trail runner, pizza maker, and extremely dedicated pizza eater. He has lived and worked in Portland, OR; Los Angeles, CA; Pittsburgh, PA; Oxford, OH; and Nashville, TN.

Richards studied Business, Marketing, and Communications at Miami University, and he previously held executive positions at Electus LLC and Propagate Content. He has also worked as an intern at Electus LLC, a promotions intern at Warner Music Group, and an operations staff member at Miami University's NCAA D1 Hockey Team.
