Dan Kawasaki is an experienced technology professional with over 20 years of experience in mobile, web, and software application development. He was a former Head of Visual and User Design at HealthHive, PBC and Director of User Experience at Ogilvy & Mather. He has also worked with UltraLinq Healthcare Solutions and WeightWatchers.com in the past.

Kawasaki graduated from New York University with a Master of Professional Studies (MPS) in Interactive Telecommunications and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Linguistics. Throughout his career, he has honed his skills and expertise in user experience, interaction design, information architecture, rapid prototyping, usability, wireframes, technology integration, competitive analysis, application development, databases, rich internet applications, physical computing, micro-controller programming, 3D printing, and teaching.

Kawasaki has taught at several universities and currently serves as a professor at the Parsons School of Art, Design & Technology at The New School. He has been a guest lecturer at Parsons School of Design and Adjunct Assistant Professor at Borough of Manhattan Community College.
