Blake Marshall is an accomplished international business executive with over 25 years of experience in policy expertise and management. His expertise includes stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, government relations, and risk management. Blake has studied international affairs from Columbia University, where he pursued his Master's degree. He also holds a Master's degree in Soviet politics from the University of Essex and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Swarthmore College. Blake has had an illustrious professional trajectory, including serving as VP at International Tax and Investment Center and Senior VP & Managing Director at PBN Hill+Knowlton Strategies. During his tenure, he also served as President and Vice President of the U.S.-Russia Business Forum and Council. Blake was formerly the Director of Graduate Admissions and Studies, Lecturer at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public & International Affairs, Princeton University.
