Michael Reed is a multidisciplinary engineer with expertise in mechatronics, robotics, and automation engineering. He spent six years in Shenzhen, China, understanding the full hardware product design cycle and working as the Mechatronics engineering lead at Hax Accelerator Shenzhen. He's also a former program director for Hax Xi'an and has international experience in engineering projects for large corporations and fresh startups.

Reed is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Linefox Systems, where he's developing solutions for testing infrastructure in hardware NPI and manufacturing. He's proficient in various programming languages for software systems and embedded programming and has experience in maintaining and developing complex structures for a team environment. Reed is also adept in various CAD platforms for mechanical and electronic design and has hands-on experience designing, manufacturing, and supporting a technical end-user product. His education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering with First Class Honours from The University of Queensland.
