Leed Shaun Wicker is a highly experienced Civil Design Consultant with over 18 years of expertise in Oil & Gas/Land Development Engineering and Construction. With the last five years spent in a Lead role, he has helped diagnose and resolve complex issues to ensure timely project deliveries and adherence to strict budgets. As a LEED Accredited Professional, he has garnered a reputation as a well-rounded design and project management professional with the ability to outsource design and production needs in the Civil engineering industry.

Leed has extensive hands-on experience in Program/Project Planning & Execution, Cost/Budget Development and Management, and Best Practices/Safety/Compliance. His skills span across Conceptual Design, Estimating/Scheduling/Bid Strategy, Outsourcing standards of practice and process development, and Site Design/Development.

He has held various senior design roles over the course of his career, including Senior Designer at Elevation Land Solutions, Principal Civil Designer at Gulf Interstate Engineering, Principal Owner at Wicker Enterprises, Lead Designer at Pate Engineers, and Cad Operator at BHA Hutchison & Associates.
