Neil Brownlee is a civil engineer with over 30 years of experience in designing and managing a variety of large-scale projects across multiple disciplines. With a focus on road and rail projects, Neil has worked on everything from highway design to major railway realignments and mining projects. He is a former Major Projects Director at WSP in Australia & New Zealand, having also held positions as a Design Manager and Technical Director - Civil. Additionally, Neil has worked as an Independent Reviewer, Environmental Auditor's representative, and Management Review Team Member for WSP - Parsons Brinckerhoff - Asia Pacific. He holds a degree in BEng (Civil) from the Queensland University of Technology.
