I am responsible for hiring and training sales staff.  Assisting them in meeting sales goals and objectives, closing deals, overcoming customers objections to close deals, while maintaining CSI well above the competition.  I evaluate and appraise trade-ins, insuring that profit margins are maintained during future transactions. I also conduct dealer trades, fleet purchases, and wholesale transactions.  I act as the F&I Manager as needed, securing approvals from lenders, and presenting F&I products.  I am responsible for monthly reporting, and financial tracking of brand and dealership programs and objectives.  I review and approve marketing materials, as well as offering input for new marketing strategies to improve overall sales numbers.  I am responsible for communication with fixed operations departments to insure that customers’ needs and expectations are met and exceeded. I also act in a conflict resolution capacity when necessary, finding the best solutions for maximum customer satisfaction. I maintain healthy and mutually cooperative departmental relationships, challenging and leading our team to provide the highest customer service standards.

As the Subaru Sales Manager, I was responsible for closing car deals and establishing rapport with clients on behalf of my sales staff. I desked deals (multiple simultaneously quite often) while maximizing dealership volume objectives and profit margins. I appraised and evaluated trade-ins, maintaining profit margins for future sales. I was the first contact for multiple lead sources. I also developed and provided follow-up for new leads as well as tracking and maintaining relationships and referrals given by previous clients.
