With over a decade of experience in the field, Margo is currently heading up the North American strategic sourcing efforts for key senior-level business services hires at Boston Consulting Group (BCG).

Margo is passionate about driving initiatives on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) staffing efforts, and has a strong background in private equity recruitment, investor relations, and financial analysis. She is also a former adjunct professor at Colby College, where she explored DEI issues of race, gender, sexuality, religion, and ableism on a liberal arts campus.
