Melissa Ferguson is an accomplished Project and Operations Manager with over a decade of experience in both the entertainment and corporate events industries. Known for her skilled leadership in Production Management, Technical Direction, Social Media, and Training/Mentorship, Melissa is a triple-threat in production design (audio, video, and lighting) and is a master of power, rigging, and even stage carpentry.
