Jiang Fu is a highly motivated and delivery-oriented software engineer/team leader with over two decades of experience in the IT industry. He holds a Master's degree in Information Technology with a focus on distributed computing, business intelligence, and mobile development from Monash University. He also completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.

Jiang Fu's professional career started in 1999 and has since been an expert in various technologies, including C++, Java, .NET, Ruby on Rails, and Javascript-based frameworks such as AngularJS and NodeJS. He has extensive experience in full-stack web application development, SOA, and microservices. Jiang Fu's passion for emerging technologies keeps him discovering better ways to improve product quality and development efficiency.

Currently, at Swann Insurance, Jiang Fu serves as a Senior Analyst Programmer/Tech Lead, where he oversees the design, development, and maintenance of web applications. He practices BDD/TDD, DevOps, and Continuous Integration and is familiar with cloud development environments. Jiang Fu's accurate focusing on major requirements always makes sure that projects are delivered on time and in good quality.

Formerly, Jiang Fu worked at GoConnect Australia Pty Ltd. in various positions as a Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer / Mobile Software Developer, and Software Engineer. He also worked at Sino Software Group and the Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences - Lotus, IBM.
