With a JD from Syracuse University College of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Miami University, Saphire is a seasoned professional with a passion for seeing others succeed. He has held several high-profile positions, including Director of Recruitment & Employer Outreach at Boston College Law School, Associate Director of the Office of Career Services at the same institution, Assistant Director of Career Development and Public Service at Boston University School of Law, and Assistant Director of the Career Development Office at Suffolk University Law School.

Saphire has previously worked as an attorney at Sebaly Shillito + Dyer, a summer associate at the same law firm, and a judicial extern at the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio, for The Honorable Michael R. Merz. In addition to his legal experience, he has worked in various non-profit and political capacities, including as a Development and Communications Associate at Jewish Federation of Greater Dayton and a Congressional Intern for Congressman Sherrod Brown at the U.S. House of Representatives.
