Yossi Maaravi is a highly accomplished academic with more than two decades of experience teaching and training young adults and managers at B.A. and M.A. levels. He is currently the Vice Dean of the Adelson School of Entrepreneurship at IDC Herzliya, Israel's most prestigious private university. In his role, Maaravi oversees entrepreneurship programs tailored towards students from various universities worldwide.

Maaravi's research is focused on behavioral decision making, negotiation, creativity, and innovation. He has a Ph.D. in Business - Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University and studied psychology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Maaravi's academic experience includes lecturing and managing programs for students from various international universities, including Princeton University, National University of Singapore, Technische Universität Darmstadt, and Tsinghua University.

Maaravi is also an experienced entrepreneur and management consultant who has worked with leading Israeli companies. His expertise lies in analyzing complex business scenarios, developing creative solutions, and making informed decisions. In addition to his academic and consulting work, Maaravi is an author of two children's books and a book on negotiation.
