Meet Sean Lee, a seasoned marketing executive with experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, innovation, brand building, and P&L management. After pursuing an undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati, Lee completed his MBA from Xavier University. Lee has worked across diverse business environments — from beauty and male grooming to insect control and start-up brands.

Lee's career highlights include co-founding the Zevo Brand at Procter & Gamble from scratch; building out the Pure Romance Digital Marketing and E-commerce unit; and leading two brands in different categories at Procter & Gamble to growth. His key strengths include digital and e-commerce leadership, acquisition and retention marketing, product innovation, strategic planning, analytics, coaching, and team building.

As the Co-Founder and President of Cincy Brands, an entrepreneurial enterprise, Lee is passionate about lean innovation and testing hypotheses with clear measurements to drive growth. He brings unique strategic and tactical skills to the table, making him an indispensable executive.
