She has worked in various senior positions in public affairs and crisis management practices, including Managing Director at Smith & Company, Mercury Public Affairs, and Edelman. Jones has also served as a Managing Director of Crisis & Risk Management and Public Affairs practices at Edelman and a Senior Vice President of Public Affairs at Apollo Education Group and Fleishman-Hillard.
