Geoff Wilkinson is a highly respected and experienced Chartered Surveyor and Fire Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He is the Managing Director of Wilkinson Construction Consultants Limited, an ISO 9001 company that offers a range of services including Approved Inspector, Fire Risk Assessment, Expert Witness, DDA Audits and Training courses.

Geoff is a past Spokesperson for the Association of Consulting Approved Inspectors and the Building Control & Standards Faculty of the CIOB, and a former Building Regs Columnist for Architects Journal.

He studied at Nightingale High School in London and is dually qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and as a Fire Engineer.

Geoff's expertise is in Building Regulations, Expert Witness, and Fire Risk Assessment. He is also skilled in DDA Audits and Training courses, and has a particular interest in promoting safety standards in construction.
