Steve is an expert in staff and competency development with strong coaching and mentoring skills. He has strong project management skills and a proven experience to successfully coordinate and lead all phases of large-scale IT development and implementation efforts while managing budgets and delivering business value.

Steve has experience managing and working with onshore and offshore resources. He has over 5+ SAP full life cycle SAP implementations and SAP upgrade projects. Steve is an excellent communicator and able to articulate technical solutions to clients. In addition, he is a U.S. Citizen and has held a security clearance with the U.S. Department of Interior.
