Brooke O'Connell is a highly accomplished attorney with a diverse educational background. She received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Maryland School of Law and the New England School of Law. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from The George Washington University. Brooke has a deep interest in the legal field and continues to expand her knowledge through various Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses, such as the 2017 Family Practice Update, Basics of Real Estate Transactions, and Family Law.

Throughout her career, Brooke has gained extensive experience working in different legal professions. She has worked alongside lawyers in the Office of the State's Attorney for Baltimore City, University of Maryland Clinical Law Office, and Jenkins Law Firm, LLC. Additionally, Brooke has worked as a Receptionist and Legal Intern at Bass, Berry & Sims and Charles County, respectively. After graduating from law school, Brooke served as a Senior Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Amy J. Bragunier at the Circuit Court of Charles County, MD.

Brooke is currently working as a Civil and Family Law Associate at the Law Office of Robert R. Castro, P.A. Her professional experience allows her to provide high-quality legal counsel to her clients with a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail. She is passionate about helping people in their time of need.
