Ricardo Preciado is a Business Development Manager for Clutch.co, a B2B ratings and reviews platform for technology development, marketing, design, and business service providers. He is responsible for leading Clutch's Latin America strategy, including business development, market research, content creation, digital marketing, and strategic public-private partnerships with regional technology and digital trade associations. Preciado is an expert in emerging technology segments, such as the internet of things (IoT), augmented/virtual reality (AR/VR), artificial intelligence (AI), and Blockchain. He holds a Master's in Technology Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Information Technology from American University.

In addition to his work at Clutch.co, Preciado previously worked as a Diversity Initiative Associate at Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce, a Digital Youth Health Consultant at the Pan American Health Organization, and a Global Health Business Development Intern at RTI International. He has also worked as a Speaker Coordinator for TedxTalks in Panama City, Panama, and as a Fundraising Director with TECHO.org, the leading youth non-profit for poverty alleviation in Latin America.
