Healthcare Technology Strategist

In this role, I am functioning as the lead in establishing a data governance strategy for University Health Services in an effort to lay the foundation for improved data gathering efforts, maximize predictive health, and improve patient outcomes. I am also responsible for aligning new clinical projects with established strategic initiatives, existing workflows, and system capabilities.

Technology Strategist, Clinical Services

In addition to all responsibilities held as a Systems Analyst, my role as a project manager requires identifying, validating, and initiating new technical and clinical projects designed to improve efficiency, mitigate risk, and ensure ongoing excellence of patient care. Core responsibilities include assembling and managing high-performing project teams necessary for successful project execution, providing high level project summaries, and assessing efficacy of recently concluded projects to determine if expected outcomes have manifested.

Healthcare Technology Project Manager

As a business Systems Analyst III, I provided in-house consultation in order to assess the viability of medical, counseling, and administrative needs. My role was to align project outcomes with existing technological frameworks and organizational priorities by designing, presenting, and managing new workflows and workflow amendments to support departmental strategies. In addition, I was responsible for managing the project pipeline and ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and expected outcomes.

I was also responsible for leading monthly training sessions for all exiting clinical staff in addition to providing technical and analytical support for ongoing projects, as well as the comprehensive Electronic Health  Record (EHR) training for all incoming clinical faculty and staff. In my role as trainer, I took on ongoing development of the curriculum, documentation, and presentation of information.

Business Systems Analyst III

Responsible for the development, validation, execution, and maintenance of the TANG EHR training program. In this role, I was tasked with designing and implementing customized curriculum unique to role and clinical scope of service within the organization, in addition to providing technical support and workflow analysis for the clinic EHR system.

Business Systems Analyst II

In this role, I was responsible for triaging technical support requests and implementing solutions for inquires made by law school faculty and staff. My central responsibilities were to provide clients with technological optimization, content security, and implementation of new technologies.
