He has facilitated the development and implementation of strategic business opportunities both domestically and internationally, establishing and broadening new manufacturing facilities in a highly competitive field. Noam is well-versed in optimizing resource allocation, investing in innovation and development, and human capital, providing a one-of-a-kind approach to emerging industries.

Noam's extensive education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Management from Rupin College, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management, Public Administration, and Policy from the University of Haifa, and a Director's Training Course from Hamil The Israel Management Center.

He is the CEO of Grofit Plastics and was formerly the CEO and Member of the Board at Dor Film, Finance Manager, and Operations Manager at Reshtoplast Ltd. He is now dedicated to providing high-quality VCI2000 anti-corrosion flexible packaging to businesses worldwide, complying with strict international standards and providing ongoing technical support.
