Michael Orlansky, a retired Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State and an experienced educator, boasts a robust professional background focusing on special education, cultural diplomacy, and public affairs. Orlansky holds a Ph.D. in Teacher Education and Special Education from the University of Idaho, a Master of Education in Special Education from Boston College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Yale University. His educational and professional experiences include teaching at the Perkins School for the Blind, United States Air Force, and Ohio National Guard, as well as serving as an education specialist for the Department of Social and Health Services in Washington state.
