Gert-Jan Brok is a passionate gamifier with a love for VR and AR. With a deep-rooted gamer DNA, he excels in optimizing processes using game mechanics. His enthusiasm for exploring digital worlds of psychology, motivation, and personal development reflects in his daily work.

With extensive experience in serious gaming, Gert-Jan has contributed to various educational, casual, and serious gaming projects across educational institutions and major corporations, transitioning from CD-ROM to XR technologies. He actively engages in the digital health community as a speaker, jury member, and advisor for educational institutions and corporate entities.

Currently serving as the Co-Founder and CEO of inMotion VR, Gert-Jan leads the development of training tools utilizing VR and smart sensor technologies to enhance individuals' performance effectively. The focus is on supporting healthcare professionals in facilitating client engagement and motivation to overcome mental and physical barriers.

Gert-Jan's academic background includes a BA from HKU (Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht) alongside previous studies at MTS Sint Lucas, Mavo de Bolster, and Aloysiusschool.

His professional journey encompasses roles like Business Mentor at Prospektr, Founder/Chief Pioneer at Fantazm, Guest Lecturer at SintLucas for Interactive Instruction Development, Chairman of the Board at Dutch Unity Usergroup, and various teaching and tutoring positions at renowned educational institutions.
