Adélaïde Lemaire is an accomplished digital project manager and the general manager of ATECNA in Montreal. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Lemaire has helped many clients transform their businesses through digital solutions. Lemaire is passionate about putting the human element at the center of all technological transformations. She co-constructs pathways for clients and employees to create useful, usable, and user-friendly solutions that optimize user experience. Lemaire leads her team in agile, user-focused development to improve the maturity of clients' internal teams. ATECNA's clients include Loto-Quebec, BCD, Desjardins, Valtech, and many others. Lemaire's experience and educational background include a master's in marketing communications and culture from IAE Lille. She also studied project management at the Université de Roubaix and a DUT in business management and administration at Université de Lille.
