Felipe de Sousa e Melo

Felipe de Sousa e Melo is an experienced Postdoctoral fellow with a profound mechanistic understanding of the biological processes underlying cancer development and progression.

He holds a Master's degree in Cancer and Immunology from the University of Lausanne, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Lausanne, a Maturité Fédérale in Economics from Institut catholique Mont-Olivet, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Oncology and Cancer Biology, Cum Laude from the University of Amsterdam.

Felipe has worked as a Senior Scientist at Genentech and has previous experience as a Postdoctoral Fellow and Postdoctoral Researcher at Genentech and Academic Medical Research respectively. He also has a background as a PhD student at Academic Medical Research.
