She has spent over 15 years crafting speeches, presentations, print/digital content, articles, web content, and other media. Carla's goal is to drive engagement and affinity through effective and dynamic content. Her expertise includes everything from spotting trends, content strategy, audience targeting, press relations, SEO, and digital channels. Carla has a unique ability to bring voice and vision to values-driven brands, and she is known for assisting clients with reputation management.
Carla began her career as a writer and has worked with a wide array of clients. She coordinated brand and communications for clients such as the Oregon Secretary of State, Oregon Lottery, and the State of Oregon. Additionally, Carla has spent valuable time assisting organizations such as the Oregon League of Conservation Voters, Beaverton Arts Commission, Compassion & Choices, and the Blue Oregon editorial team. She has also served as Vice President of Communications for Prospect.
Carla is a graduate of Linfield University and has experience as a steering committee member for the Washington County chapter of the Oregon League of Conservation Voters. She also has experience as a school committee member with both Bethany Elementary and Greenway Elementary Schools.
