Rachel Warwick is an accomplished Chartered Occupational Psychologist with extensive experience in the fields of people engagement, wellbeing, and change management. She holds a Distinction in Master of Science (MSc) in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham and a First Class degree in Psychology and Criminology from Cardiff University.

Rachel has held several senior leadership roles in her career, including Global Head of Culture & Engagement at Ocado Group, Head of Listening & Wellbeing at Ocado Group, Head of Occupational Health and Wellness at easyJet, Head of Talent, Development & Engagement at easyJet, and Global Talent Manager at EY, to name a few.

As an expert in people engagement, wellbeing, and change management, Rachel has helped organizations implement strategies to support and develop their employees. She achieved this through a combination of data-driven insights, best practice research, and bespoke recommendations, resulting in improved employee engagement, productivity, and wellbeing.
