Brian Stern is an accomplished mechanical engineer and sustainability professional based in Southern California. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA, where he honed his technical and analytical skills. His passion for sustainability and corporate social responsibility led him to internships at GE Capital Real Estate, where he focused on asset management and sustainability, and at Mattel, where he worked in Global IT and Global Operations.
After graduation, Stern joined Glumac, an engineering consulting firm with specialties in building performance and sustainability. As an Associate and Regional Energy Director, he manages energy and water savings programs, designs mechanical systems and strategies, and coordinates with clients and contractors to achieve high-performance buildings. He is also a former President of the Los Angeles chapter of Seed Consulting Group, a non-profit consulting group that provides pro-bono strategy and organizational consulting to non-profits and social enterprises.
Brian Stern's professional experience and expertise include mechanical engineering, sustainability, energy and water efficiency, asset management and consulting.
