Assist in setting and enforcing behavior management plans and unit expectations.Provide crisis intervention as necessary to resolve conflicts and to respond pro-actively to inappropriate and/or unsafe behavior. Supervise daily activities of residents and provides mentoring to assist with individual work, peer group processes and staff relationships.
