Tatiana Lee is a multifaceted personality who has made her mark as an award-winning disability inclusion and accessibility consultant, producer, model, actor, and activist. Born and raised in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, Lee felt underrepresented in media and used social media platforms to raise awareness about accessibility and disability visibility in entertainment.

Lee's impressive list of accomplishments includes consulting on and producing projects that have won numerous accolades, including a Day Time Emmy, Hollywood Fringe Festival Encore Producers Award, and the Christopher Reeves Scholarship during the Media Access Awards in 2018 for advancing disability inclusion in media. Her work has been featured in Apple Newsroom, CNET, Forbes, and the Washington Post.

Not only is Lee's acting award-winning, but she has also featured in shorts such as Footloose, Jade, and Together & Better. Lee's modeling portfolio comprises campaigns for top brands like Apple, Target, and Zappos, among many others. Her passion for creating a more inclusive Hollywood has opened doors for other emerging disabled creatives. For instance, Lee serves as a creative advisor for Sundance Accessible Futures Intensive, builds curriculum for the award-winning RespectAbility Lab for disabled entertainment professionals, and volunteers as the Disability & Accessibility Advocate for Women of Color Unite.

Lee is no stranger to educating others in film, TV, and media, having advised companies like The Walt Disney Company, Warner Media, and Netflix. Currently, Lee holds the role of Accessibility Lead at Apple TV+. Before this, she was a Disability Inclusion Advocate at Women of Color Unite & The JTC List, Senior Associate, Entertainment Media at RespectAbility, and even founded Accessible Hollywood.

In the past, Lee has worked as an administrative assistant to the Director of Public Health & Safety at Villanova University. Lee holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services from Santa Monica College.
