Kevin Patterson is a results-driven leader with experience in strategic planning, organization design and development, public finance, economic development, and urban planning. He holds a BA in Teaching, an MPA in Public Finance, and an MURP in State and Local Government, all from the University of Colorado Denver.

Patterson has an extensive background in public service, having held several high-level positions in Colorado's government, including Chief Administrative Officer, Deputy Chief of Staff, and Chief Executive Officer at Connect for Health Colorado. He also served as a Board of Education Member at Denver Public Schools and held various managerial roles in the City and County of Denver.

Throughout his career, Patterson has been committed to improving organizational performance through employee development, measurement, systems improvement, and continuous improvement. He is known for his intentional thinking and communication strategy, which seeks to align every level of the organization with its clients or customers.
