Terry Taylor is a seasoned executive with 22+ years of experience leading global companies such as Salesforce, Microsoft, Citibank, and AT&T. He is currently a Chief Customer Success Officer and Board Member of The Access Group, where he oversees all customer success functions across the organization.
Throughout his career, Terry has demonstrated tremendous success in enterprise software sales, global account sales and servicing, building high-performance teams, high-growth business management, and hiring and nurturing talent. He has hired, developed and retained more than 70 leaders across 30+ countries, and his leadership has resulted in impressive growth and performance.
Terry has also been involved in geo-expansion/entry and development, multi-country sales leadership, people, talent and org development, alliances, partner eco-systems channels, value-added resellers, industry & consumer marketing, and new product development.
Terry has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Lancashire and has had the privilege of serving on the G20Y 2015 summit committee for "Job creation" on behalf of Salesforce. Outside of work, Terry is married with three wonderful boys and is an active member of his local community.
