He is an expert in precision analog circuit design, hardware architecture leadership, and comprehensive product ownership. He possesses exceptional abilities in project team leadership, troubleshooting, and collaboration, and is an advocate for quality in all engineering deliverables. Ballou obtained both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
