SRS Web Platform ProjectDescriptionThe SRSWP is a platform-as-a-service (PaaS) offering built on shared infrastructure. It uses a service-oriented architecture (SOA) to enable software-as-a-service (SaaS) products.ResponsibilitiesHold team members accountable to deliver the SRSWP product with multiple release version: 1.x and 2.0.Makes sure that team members are following the SDLC process Ensure the TFS Program Management Milestone Template for ERs (when applicable) is updated Keep the Release Schedule updated whenever there is a change to the information contained there-in Hold product owners responsible for clear, logical feature and functionality definitions before each sprint starts. Make certain that Dev and QA team leads are working with their respective team members to create solid tasks and accurate estimates for said tasks Hold Dev and QA team leads accountable for the proper prioritization of tasks. Dev and QA leads are the experts of their respective teams and are responsible for participating in the priotization of their respective tasks. Make sure that Dev and QA team leads are holding team members accountable for proper unit and test case development Send out ***Crisis*** or "Update" email when necessary Raise impediment issues to executive team Raise "performance" issues to executive team Hold quarterly or per-release team reviews Responsible for ensuring that development best practices are followed Responsible for all development tasks descriptions, task priority, task time estimates, and architectural compliance.  Review the schedule and skill set of each of his team members and be prepared to discuss the proper Sprinting of all tasks. Work with scrum masters to allocate development resources across scrum teams and projects  Result:Successfully release the SRSWP 1.x (1.0, 1.0.1, and 1.0.2) and RMG (a set of widgets that running on the SRSWP) on time.
