Larry Keane is a manufacturing expert with a passion for solving problems, improving efficiencies, and mentoring others. With years of experience in international operations, business process transformation, and Lean Six Sigma methods, he has successfully led teams to turnaround struggling companies, identify cost savings, and optimize manufacturing networks. He earned an MBA in Operations and Strategy from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, an MS in Management of Technology from Fairfield University, and a BS in Engineering from Cornell University. Larry is a certified Scrum Master and has held various management and director roles at AlixPartners, Deloitte, PepsiCo, and Sikorsky Global Helicopters. In his free time, he enjoys coaching his son's lacrosse and basketball teams, volunteering as a referee for his local church basketball league, gardening, and hayride driving and narrating.
