Vignesh Suresh is a seasoned professional with experience in several techno-commercial roles, ranging from Power to Electrical to Electronics, particularly with LED Lighting, Building Automation, and Digital Marketing. He is a fast learner and is passionate about keeping up with and implementing new business models, particularly in the fields of Industry 4.0 and Internet of Things (IoT). Vignesh's proficiency lies in Product Management, Digital Marketing, and Project Management. He is experienced in adopting the SCRUM approach to work and has led and participated in Design Thinking workshops in the past.

Vignesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli and an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General, from the University of Mannheim, both with honors. He also holds a MSc Exchange Semester in Management from the WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management and a Post Graduate Programme in Management, Marketing & Finance from the Indian School of Business.

At Hoffmann Group, Vignesh serves as a Product Marketing Manager. Prior to that, he worked as an IoT Project Consultant - MBA Capstone Project at Danfoss Power Solutions, as a Product Manager at Kirloskar, and as a Key Account Project Manager at Crompton Greaves. He has also completed summer internships at Confederation of Indian Industry and Hyundai Motor India Ltd., working in logistics & operations departments.
