Increasing brand value and affinity - - Established the first In-house Content Production team to produce engaging content and develop strategies to improve content delivery and promotion.- Launched an integrated brand campaign driven by consumer insights that champions the idea of truthful and honest advertising.- Piloted an enhanced in-branch digital experience redefining consumer banking relationship and showcasing the bank’s digital capabilities. - Established programmes and engagement campaigns through key sponsorship events like Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) Finals and OCBC Cycle Singapore.

Brand Marketing Manager (AVP)

Increasing awareness, driving acquisition and usage of OCBC Cards - - Developed and executed end to end marketing plans for the launch of OCBC Card products, led marketing campaigns to increase spend, active rates and revolving balances.- Launched Mobile Payments for OCBC Cards with Apple, Samsung and Android Pay, developing strategies and campaigns to drive adoption and usage, working closely with the OCBC Open Vault team to explore opportunities with Fintech companies. - Led and managed projects such as increasing marketing consent with the PDPA regulations.

Cards Marketing Manager

Graduate Talent Programme:- Rotated around various business units (Cards Usage, Portfolio, etc.) for holistic understanding of the Consumer Lifestyle Financing business. - Launched the OCBC 365 Credit Card and OCBC WowDeals App. - Developed and executed the Cards Usage Christmas campaign and grew billings YOY by over 30%. - Co-managed the re-launch of the OCBC NTUC Plus! Card. Assisted in the development of the NTUC Plus! and OCBC Bank co-branded marketing grid to strengthen the association between both brands.- Member of the division's Sports and Recreational Club. Participated in the planning and organisation of division wide events like Dinner & Dance. Member of the organising committee for department wide events like Annual Offsite Planning.
